Born in New York, raised in California, newcomer Sharita Renee first became immersed in Hip Hop culture in the early 90’s where she learned the art of singing, songwriting and choreography. After moving to the Bay Area, California, she began to hone her skills as an entertainer in early 2011. Sharita Renee is known for picking apart the competition and cutting them down to size with her angelic harmonies and clever writing skills.Sharita Renee has gained quite a buzz in Northern Cali by performing at numerous venues, collaborating with a few well known local artists, and gaining constant spins on local and college radio stations.
